What we collect
- Information you give us: names, email, phone, location, education, license, specialty and other answers you submit through forms (matching, newsletter, contests, nominations, applications, donations, contact).
- Automatic data: device, browser, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies by us and our partners (for example Google Analytics and Google AdSense).
How we use it
- To respond to you and deliver what you requested (matches, newsletters, contest administration, scholarships, donation acknowledgment).
- To share your details with the specific schools, staffing partners or employers you consent to on a matching form.
- To operate, secure, measure and improve the site, and to show ads.
Form processing
Form submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) through a third-party form-delivery service to our private inbox. We do not sell form data to data brokers.
Advertising & cookies
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we request consent before non-essential cookies are used.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA or India’s DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, to withdraw consent and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Submit a request through our contact form (topic “Privacy request”). You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and reply STOP to texts.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and use reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults and students aged 16 and over. Contests require entrants to be 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
